The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration, and discloses an environment-friendly intelligent cold chain logistics vehicle refrigeration generator unit control system. The system comprises a temperature control system and an engine dual fan system which are controlled by a controller. The controller is electrically connected with an ECU, and the system further comprises a speedadjusting system controlled by the ECU. A freezing box provides temperature information for the temperature control system. A temperature sensor on an engine sends temperature information to the controller, the controller judges the temperature of the engine according to the temperature information of the engine, and a temperature adjusting instruction is sent to the engine dual fan system. The speed adjusting system acquires the actual rotating speed of a generator set through a rotating speed sensor, the controller achieves judgment and adjusts the rotating speed to be within the set range according to the difference of the actual rotating speed and the set target rotating speed and according to the difference size, a speed adjusting instruction is sent to the ECU, and the ECU controls the speed adjusting system to adjust the speed according to the instruction. Through the adoption of the self-control temperature decrease mode, the low-speed running noise reduction manner and the freezing box self-adaptive temperature control technology, the aims of saving energy and protecting the environment are achieved.

    本发明涉及制冷技术领域,公开了一种环保智能化冷链物流车制冷发电机组控制系统,包括由控制器控制的温控系统和发动机双风扇系统,控制器电连接有ECU,还包括由ECU控制的调速系统;冷藏箱向温控系统提供温度信息;发动机上的温度传感器向控制器传送温度信息,控制器根据发动机的温度信息,以判断发动机的温度,并向发动机双风扇系统发送调温指令;调速系统通过转速传感器获取发电机组的实际转速,控制器根据实际转速与设定目标转速的差异,根据差异大小来判断和调整转速在设定的范围内,并向ECU发送调速指令,ECU按照指令控制调速系统调速。本发明采用自控降温模式和低速运行降噪方式及冷藏箱自适应控温技术,实现了节约能源、保护环境的目的。
