The invention discloses a novel portal hoisting device. Rigid load transverse supporting beam bearing is changed into flexible steel wire rope (or rack or chain) bearing, the transverse supporting beam is small in size and large in hoisting weight and is not affected by large span, if the hoisting weight needs to be increased, only the number of a bearing steel wire rope needs to be increased or asingle-layer steel wire rope needs to be changed into a double-layer or multi-layer steel wire rope, cost is low, the increase of the area and the size of the transverse supporting beam is smaller, large-weight hoisting can be met, and the operation efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明为一种新式门式起重装置,将刚性荷载横撑梁承重变为软性钢丝绳(或齿条或链条)承重,横撑梁体积小且起重量大,不受大跨度影响,若要增加起吊重量,只需增加承载钢丝绳数量或者将单层钢丝绳变双层或多层钢丝绳即可,且成本低,横撑梁的面积和体积增加较小,能满足大重量起重,大大提高作业效率。
