The invention discloses a portal hoisting device with a slewing mechanism. The portal hoisting device with the slewing mechanism comprises a main beam, a rigid supporting leg arranged on the lower surface of one end of the main beam, a stand column structure arranged on the lower surface of the other end of the main beam, and a hoisting mechanism arranged on the upper surface of the main beam. Theportal hoisting device with the slewing mechanism further comprises a large vehicle walking mechanism arranged below the rigid supporting leg and a lower flexible leg spherical hinge arranged below the stand column structure. The large vehicle walking mechanism comprises a bottom large vehicle wheel set, a large vehicle swing frame hinged to the large vehicle wheel set, and a large vehicle hingedsupport connected with the large vehicle swing frame in a rotating mode, and a lower rigid leg side cross beam of the rigid supporting leg is fixedly connected with the large vehicle hinged support.A portable structure form with slewing is adopted, and the structure is light and high in stability; heavy objects in narrow spaces and especially in irregular fields such as sector areas or round areas can be hoisted. Compared with conventional hoisting equipment such as cantilever cranes, heavy objects can be hoisted in a large range in a space, and the input cost of the equipment is small.

    本发明公开了一种带回转机构的门式起吊装置,包括主梁、设置在主梁一端下表面的刚性支腿、设置在主梁另一端下表面的立柱结构及设置在主梁上表面的起升机构;还包括设置在所述刚性支腿下方的大车行走机构和设置在所述立柱结构下方的柔腿下部球铰;所述大车行走机构包括底部的大车轮组、与所述大车轮组相铰接的大车摆架及与所述大车摆架转动连接的大车铰座,且所述刚性支腿的刚腿侧下横梁与所述大车铰座固定连接。采用带回转的门型结构形式,结构轻巧,稳定性高;可以满足狭小的空间范围内起吊,尤其是不规则的场地,像扇形区域和圆形区域起吊重物。与常规的悬臂吊机等起吊设备相比,可以在空间中大范围起吊大起重量重物,并且设备投入成本小。
