The invention relates to the technical field of clamping mechanisms, in particular to a clamping structure of a hoisting machine. The clamping structure can hoist an article from a hollow portion of the article. The clamping structure comprises a shock absorbing buffer suspension mechanism, an outer wall clamping driving mechanism, an inner wall clamping driving mechanism, inner wall attaching supporting mechanisms, horizontal stabilizing clamping blocks and bottom supporting telescopic mechanisms. The outer wall clamping driving mechanism is driven by the shock absorbing buffer suspension mechanism to rotate to enable the outer wall clamping driving mechanism to drive the four bottom supporting telescopic mechanisms to clamp the article from the outer wall. Meanwhile, the four horizontalstabilizing clamping blocks clamp the article from the front-and-back and left-and-right directions of the outer wall, so that the article is more stable. Meanwhile, when the article is too large, space exists in the middle, and a clamping structure of a hoisting machine cannot be used for clamping from the outer wall, the inner wall clamping driving mechanism can drive the four inner wall attaching supporting mechanisms to support the article from the inner wall of the middle space of the article, and the bottom of the article is supported as well.
