The invention provides a rapid separation and butt joint mechanism between an unmanned aerial vehicle and a crawling robot. The rapid separation and butt joint mechanism comprises an electromagnetic adsorption module, a sensor and an electromagnet. The electromagnetic adsorption module is an L-shaped support, the L-shaped support comprises a horizontal part and a vertical part, the electromagnet is installed at the tail end of the horizontal part, the sensor is adjacent to the electromagnet and far away from the tail end of the horizontal part, the electromagnet is powered on or powered off according to sensing signals of the sensor, and therefore the crawling robot is correspondingly separated or in butt joint. Compared with the prior art, the electromagnet is powered on or powered off through the sensing signal of the sensor, then the electromagnet correspondingly loses magnetic force or generates magnetic force, and rapid separation or butt joint between the two is achieved. Besides, the electromagnetic adsorption module is installed on the swing unit, when the swing unit swings, the electromagnet has an axial freedom degree, the posture can be aligned in a self-adaptive mode under the action of attraction force of the electromagnet, and compared with a traditional butt joint mechanism, the mechanism has the advantages of being high in adsorption force and capable of automatically adjusting the posture.
本发明提供一种无人机与爬行机器人之间的快速分离与对接机构,包括电磁吸附模块、传感器和电磁铁。电磁吸附模块为L型支架,该L型支架包括一水平部以及一竖直部,电磁铁安装于水平部的末端,传感器与电磁铁相邻设置且远离水平部的末端,电磁铁根据传感器的传感信号来通电或掉电,从而相应地使爬行机器人分离或对接。相比于现有技术,本发明利用传感器的传感信号使电磁铁通电或掉电,进而使电磁铁相应地失去磁力或产生磁力,实现二者间的快速分离或对接。此外,电磁吸附模块安装在摆动单元上,摆动单元摆动时,电磁铁存在一个轴向自由度,在电磁铁吸力的作用下可自适应找正姿态,与传统的对接机构相比拥有吸附力强、能够自动调整姿态的优点。
