The invention discloses a vehicle positioning device and method for a battery swap station and the battery swap station. The device comprises a base, a positioning assembly used for fixing vehicle tires is arranged on the base, and the positioning assembly comprises a supporting base, a supporting plate and a positioning mechanism; roller groups which are arranged side by side are arranged on thesupporting base; the supporting plate is arranged on the roller groups and used for supporting the vehicle tires. The positioning mechanism is connected with the supporting plate and is used for adjusting the position of the supporting plate. Therefore, the vehicle is positioned; the vehicle tires are arranged on the supporting plate to be positioned; impurities such as silt on a tire are prevented from entering battery replacing equipment, the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced, the precision and efficiency of vehicle tire position adjustment can be improved through the cooperationof a driving motor and a guide rail, the supporting plate is arranged on the rollers, the friction-free sliding of the supporting plate is achieved, and the vehicle positioning efficiency is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于换电站的车辆定位装置、定位方法及换电站,所述装置包括底座,所述底座上设有用于固定车辆轮胎的定位组件,所述定位组件包括支撑座、支撑板和定位机构;所述支撑座上设有并排排列的辊筒组;所述支撑板设置在所述辊筒组上,用于支撑所述车辆的轮胎;所述定位机构与所述支撑板连接,用于调整所述支撑板的位置,从而对所述车辆进行定位,通过将车辆轮胎设置在支撑板上定位,避免了轮胎上泥沙等杂质进入换电设备内部,降低了设备的维修成本,通过驱动电机和导轨的配合,可以提高车辆轮胎位置调整的精度和效率,将支撑板设置在辊筒上,实现了支撑板的无摩擦滑动,进一步提高车辆定位的效率。
