The invention discloses a hydraulic clamping type lifting mechanism for a large-diameter round pipe. The hydraulic clamping type lifting mechanism comprises a base plate, wherein a lifting main shellis fixed to the top face of the base plate; a vertical main screw is arranged in the lifting main shell; the bottom end of the vertical main screw is hinged to the base plate through a bearing; the top end of the vertical main screw is hinged to a top plate of the lifting main shell through a bearing; a lifting main motor is fixed to the top face of the top plate of the lifting main shell; an output shaft of the lifting main motor is a spline shaft; and the spline shaft is inserted in a spline hole in the top end of the vertical main screw in a sleeved manner. By means of the hydraulic clamping type lifting mechanism, the large-diameter pipe or a cylindrical object can be clamped and automatically lifted, meanwhile, the clamped object can be rotated by 90 degrees according to requirements,and therefore the material taking requirements of different subsequent material taking mechanisms can be met.

    本发明公开了一种大直径圆形管液压夹持式升降机构,包括底座板,所述底座板的顶面固定有升降主壳体,所述升降主壳体中设有竖直主螺杆,竖直主螺杆的底端通过轴承铰接在底座板上,竖直主螺杆的顶端通过轴承铰接在升降主壳体的顶板上,升降主壳体的顶板的顶面固定有升降主电机,升降主电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直主螺杆的顶端具有的花键孔中。本发明可以将大直径管体或者圆柱体状的物体夹持并自动提升,同时,其可以根据要求可以将夹持的物体旋转90°角,以满足后续的不同的取料机构的取料要求。
