The invention relates to an offshore hydraulic clamping type horizontal single-blade lifting appliance. Comprising a platform device and clamping devices installed at the two ends of the platform device. The platform device comprises a platform frame, a hanging device with the left-right and front-back swing driving function is installed in the middle of the platform frame, and the hanging device is connected with lifting equipment through a hanging cable. The clamping device comprises a longitudinal beam, a top cross beam is installed at the top end of the longitudinal beam, a bottom cross beam is installed at the bottom end of the longitudinal beam, the top cross beam is detachably connected with the platform device, a deflection-controllable hydraulic pressing assembly is installed in the middle of the longitudinal beam, a supporting seat is installed in the middle of the bottom cross beam, and a supporting assembly is installed at the top of the supporting seat. The wind power blade is located between the hydraulic pressing and holding assembly and the supporting assembly, and a limiting assembly for limiting the wind power blade is installed on the lower middle portion of the longitudinal beam. According to the offshore hydraulic clamping type horizontal single-blade lifting appliance, the construction stability and safety are improved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
