The invention relates to a four-wheel drive system control method, particularly relates to a tractor timely four-wheel drive system control method based on a mechanical hydraulic continuously variabletransmission, and solves a problem of lack of a control method for timely starting a four-wheel drive system of a tractor based on the mechanical hydraulic continuously variable transmission in the prior art. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of 1, detecting real-time pressure of a tractor four-wheel drive system clutch and a real-time running state of a tractor, and sending corresponding four-wheel drive pre-starting command signals in the three running states respectively; 2, as long as any four-wheel drive pre-starting command signal is received, sending a four-wheel drive pre-starting signal; 3, when the detected real-time pressure of the four-wheel drive system clutch is smaller than a lower boundary of oil charging pressure of the four-wheel drive systemclutch or a four-wheel drive pre-starting signal is received, sending a four-wheel drive starting signal; and 4, after the four-wheel drive starting signal is received, making an electromagnetic valvein the four-wheel drive system act, and starting the four-wheel drive system.

    本发明涉及一种四驱系统控制方法,特别涉及一种基于机械液压无级变速箱的拖拉机适时四驱系统控制方法,解决了现有缺乏对于基于机械液压无级变速箱的拖拉机的四驱系统进行适时启用的控制方法的问题。该方法的特殊在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1:检测拖拉机四驱系统离合器的实时压力和拖拉机的实时行驶状态,并在三种行驶状态下,分别发出对应的四驱预启用命令信号;步骤2:只要接收到任意一种四驱预启用命令信号,即发出四驱预启用信号;步骤3:当检测到的四驱系统离合器的实时压力小于四驱系统离合器充油压力下边界时,或接收到四驱预启用信号时,均发出四驱启用信号;步骤4:接收到四驱启用信号后,控制四驱系统中电磁阀动作,四驱系统启用。
