The embodiment of the invention discloses a pantograph slide plate defect detection device. The device comprises a first stereoscopic vision sensor module, a second stereoscopic vision sensor module and a data processing module, wherein the first stereoscopic vision sensor module is used for collecting first surface image data and second surface image data of a pantograph and sending the first surface image data and the second surface image data to the data processing module, the second stereoscopic vision sensor module is used for collecting third surface image data and fourth surface image data of the pantograph and sending the third surface image data and the fourth surface image data to the data processing module, and the data processing module is used for receiving the surface image data and processing the surface image data based on a stereo matching algorithm and a three-dimensional defect detection algorithm to generate a pantograph pan defect detection result. According to theembodiment of the device, image acquisition for binocular vision stereo matching in a complex external environment is realized, accuracy of a disparity map is ensured, three-dimensional sliding platedefect detection is realized, and reliability and robustness of a detection result are ensured.

    本发明实施例公开了一种受电弓滑板缺陷检测装置,包括第一立体视觉传感器模块、第二立体视觉传感器模块以及数据处理模块;第一立体视觉传感器模块用于采集受电弓的第一表面图像数据和第二表面图像数据,并发送至数据处理模块;第二立体视觉传感器模块用于采集受电弓的第三表面图像数据和第四表面图像数据,并发送至数据处理模块;数据处理模块用于接收所述表面图像数据,并基于立体匹配算法和三维缺陷检测算法进行处理,生成受电弓滑板缺陷检测结果。本发明实施例实现了复杂的外界环境下用于双目视觉立体匹配的图像采集,保证了视差图的准确性,实现了三维的滑板缺陷检测,保证了检测结果的可靠性和鲁棒性。
