According to the railway pantograph slide plate prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention, the density ranges from 8.0 to 8.2 g/cm < 3 >, and the Brinell hardness (HB) is less than or equal to 85; the resistivity is less than or equal to 30 [mu]omega.m; the tensilestrength is greater than 1.5 Mpa; the impact toughness is greater than 69 Kj.m < 2 >; and the railway pantograph slide plate has the advantages that under the condition of excellent conductivity, thefriction force of the slide plate is effectively reduced, the abrasion of a connecting circuit is reduced, and the application requirements of the railway pantograph slide plate can be met.

    本发明提供一种铁路受电弓滑板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括近球形铁基骨架粉末的制备、配料、混粉、加压、烧结、冷却脱模。所述近球形铁基骨架粉末的制备包括备料、熔炼、中间包预热、雾化、收粉。采用本发明的制备方法制成的铁路受电弓滑板,密度在8.0‑8.2g/cm3,布氏硬度(HB)≤85;电阻率≤30μΩ.m;抗拉强度>1.5Mpa;冲击韧性>69Kj.m2;所述铁路受电弓滑板,在具备优良导电性的情况下,有效降低滑板摩擦力,降低连接电路的磨损,能够满足铁路受电弓滑板的应用要求。
