The invention discloses a space positioning device for a forklift robot, and belongs to the technical field of logistics equipment. The space positioning device comprises a laser emitter, a controller, a buzzer, a mounting base, a rotary table, a first drive motor, a connecting frame, two connecting plates, a fixed frame, a drive air cylinder and a second drive motor, wherein the first drive motoris arranged at the bottom of the mounting base and fixed at the input end of the rotary table, and the top of the rotary table is fixedly connected with the bottom of the connecting frame; the top ofthe connecting frame is hinged to one ends of the two connecting plates, and the second drive motor is arranged at the top of the connecting frame and fixedly connected with the hinged end of one ofthe connecting plates; and the other ends of the two connecting plates are fixedly and detachably connected with the fixed frame, and after a telescopic shaft of the drive air cylinder penetrates through the fixed frame, the telescopic shaft of the drive air cylinder is detachably and fixedly connected with the laser emitter. The space positioning device can be adjusted flexibly, the distances between different devices and the space positioning device are detected at multiple angles, and thus the position relation between barriers and a forklift is effectively obtained.

    本发明公开了一种叉车机器人空间定位装置,属于物流设备技术领域。包括有:激光发射器、控制器、蜂鸣器、安装座、转台、第一驱动电机、连接架、两个连接板、固定架、驱动气缸以及第二驱动电机;第一驱动电机设置于安装座的底部并与转台的输入端固定,转台的顶部与连接架的底部固定连接;连接架的顶部与两个连接板的一端铰接,第二驱动电机设置于连接架的顶部上且与其中一个连接板的铰接端固定连接;两个连接板的另一端分别与固定架可拆卸固定连接,驱动气缸的伸缩轴贯穿固定架后通过安装板与激光发射器可拆卸固定连接;本发明可灵活调节,多角度检测不同位置与本装置之间的距离,从而有效获得障碍物与叉车之间的位置关系。
