The invention relates to the technical field of forklift robots, and specifically relates to a forklift robot with a spatial scanning and positioning structure. The forklift robot comprises a controlbox; the top of the control box is vertically provided with a support rod; the top end of the support rod is provided with a laser bumper; symmetrically distributed U-shaped limited posts are vertically arranged on the side of the control box; the sides of two U-shaped limited posts are each movably connected with a positioning device; the positioning device comprises a vertically arranged fixingplate; the side of the fixing plate is provided with symmetrically distributed fixed posts; a first strip-shaped fixing plate is movably connected between the two fixed posts; and the side of the first strip-shaped fixing plate is provided with symmetrically distributed second strip-shaped fixing plates. According to the forklift robot with the spatial scanning and positioning structure provided by the invention, the moving space of the forklift robot can be scanned through the laser bumper, so that the forklift robot can detect whether an obstacle exists at a far distance, so that sudden stopis avoided, and the second strip-shaped fixing plates and a limit plate can fix the tops of goods.

    本发明涉及叉车机器人技术领域,具体为一种带空间扫描与定位结构的叉车机器人,包括控制箱,控制箱的顶部竖直设有支撑杆,支撑杆的顶端设有激光防撞器,控制箱的侧面竖直设有对称分布的U形限位柱,两个U形限位柱的侧面活动连接有定位装置,定位装置包括竖直设置的固定板,固定板的侧面设有对称分布的固定柱,两个固定柱之间活动连接有第一条形固板,第一条形固板的侧面设有对称分布的第二条形固板。该带空间扫描与定位结构的叉车机器人,通过激光防撞器可以对该叉车机器人移动的空间进行扫描,使该叉车机器人可以在较远的距离检测到是否有障碍物,避免急停,第二条形固板和限位板可以将货物的顶部固定。
