The invention relates to the technical field of urban rail transit regenerative braking energy utilization, and discloses a ground battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage system and a management method thereof. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of 1, adopting HESS for urban rail transit traction network energy flow, 2, putting forward a control method based ona parallel double-loop structure, 3, in the control method, considering giving of a voltage outer loop instruction value in the charging process, 4, braking the train, and 5, starting an energy storage element. The invention discloses a ground battery and super capacitor hybrid energy storage system and a management method thereof. Based on the defects of an existing typical urban rail ground hybrid energy storage device control structure, a control method based on a parallel double-loop structure is put forward, starting of braking resistance and air braking can be effectively reduced, and therefore energy loss and brake shoe loss are reduced, and the energy-saving rate of an energy storage device is increased.

    本发明涉及城市轨道交通再生制动能量利用技术领域,且公开了一种地面式电池和超级电容混合储能系统及其管理方法,其特征包含以下步骤:①采用了HESS的城市轨道交通牵引网能量流动;②提出了基于并行双环结构的控制方法;③在这种控制方法中,考虑充电过程的电压外环指令值给定;④列车制动时;⑤储能元件启动。该地面式电池和超级电容混合储能系统及其管理方法,基于现有典型城轨地面式混合储能装置控制结构存在的缺点,本专利提出基于并行双环结构的控制方法,可有效减少制动电阻和空气制动的启动,从而减少能量损耗和闸瓦损耗,提高储能装置的节能率。
