The invention discloses an anti-tilting method based on a forklift capable of preventing goods from tilting, and belongs to the field of material carrying vehicles. The forklift capable of preventinggoods from tilting comprises support devices, runner assemblies and a main control computer, wherein the support devices are arranged below each cantilever beam; the runner assemblies are rotationallyconnected with the support devices; the main control computer is arranged in an operation room of the forklift; the support devices comprise sequence control loops which are arranged in the forklift,first hydraulic cylinders which are hinged to the ends, away from the forklift, of the cantilever beams, and second hydraulic cylinders which are hinged to the other ends of the cantilever beams; second telescopic rods of the second hydraulic cylinders are hinged to first cylinder blocks of the first hydraulic cylinders; the runner assemblies comprise connecting shafts rotationally connected withthe first hydraulic cylinders, and two vulcanizing wheels arranged on the two sides of the connecting shafts; the vulcanizing wheels are rotationally connected with the connecting shafts; and the main control computer is electrically connected with the sequence control loop. Through adoption of the anti-tilting method, the problem that the goods and the forklift tilt due to the fact that the weight and the size of the goods are too large is solved, and meanwhile movement of the forklift is guaranteed.
