The invention discloses a forklift mast backward-tilting speed control system. The system involves a controller, a mast, an oil tank, an oil pump, a tilting oil cylinder, a height detection device anda weight detection device, wherein an oil return pipe of the oil tank and an oil outlet of the oil pump are connected to a rod cavity and a rodless cavity of the tilting oil cylinder through a reversing valve respectively, and a throttle valve and a normally-open electromagnetic valve are arranged on an oil conveying pipe between the rodless cavity and the reversing valve in parallel; when the controller does not receive a backward tilting operation signal, a valve element of the reversing valve is located at a first working position, and the oil pump is disconnected from the rod cavity and the rodless cavity correspondingly; and when the controller receives the backward inclination operation signal, the valve element of the reversing valve moves to a second working position, the oil pumpcommunicates with the rod cavity, and the oil tank communicates with the rodless cavity. If the lifting height is larger than the preset height and the cargo weight is larger than the preset weight,the normally-open electromagnetic valve is closed, and oil flows back to the oil tank only through the throttling valve, so that the safety and stability in the backward inclination control process are improved, and personal accidents are avoided.
本发明公开了一种叉车门架后倾速度控制系统,包括控制器、门架、油箱、油泵、倾斜油缸、高度检测装置以及重量检测装置,油箱的回油管与油泵的出油口均通过换向阀分别连接于倾斜油缸的有杆腔和无杆腔,无杆腔与换向阀之间的输油管上并联设有节流阀与常开电磁阀,当控制器未接收到后倾操作的信号时,换向阀的阀芯处于第一工作位,油泵与有杆腔和无杆腔分别断开;当控制器接收到后倾操作的信号时,换向阀的阀芯移动至第二工作位,使述油泵与有杆腔连通,油箱与无杆腔连通,若起升高度大于预设高度且货物重量大于预设重量时,常开电磁阀关闭,油液只经节流阀回流至油箱,提高后倾操控过程中的安全性和稳定性,避免出现人身意外。
