The first lower ruler rod and the second lower ruler rod are vertically crossed to form a cross-shaped structure, the first upper ruler rod and the third upper ruler rod are installed on the upper surface of the first lower ruler rod in a sliding mode, and the second upper ruler rod and the fourth upper ruler rod areinstalled on the upper surface of the second lower ruler rod in a sliding mode. The equipment is simple in structure, convenient to use, convenient to carry and store after being disassembled, small in occupied area and suitable for obtaining concentric circle centers of pipe holes with different hole diameters of an upper deck in dome inlaying subsections, so that the pipe holes needing to be formed in the upper deck and pipe holes formed in an inner deck are located on the same vertical line, and the forming precision of the concentric circle pipe holes of the upper deck and the inner deck is improved.
