The invention belongs to the related field of robots, and particularly relates to an anti-skid robot for chemical raw material transportation. The robot comprises a vehicle body and a crawler mountedbelow the vehicle body, wherein a shell is mounted on the lower surface of the vehicle body; a plurality of vertically-arranged oil suction cavities are formed in the shell at equal intervals; the bottom surface of each oil suction cavity is provided with an oil suction hole communicated with the outside; sliding plugs are connected into the plurality of oil suction cavities in a sealed and sliding mode; a plurality of permanent magnet blocks are embedded in the crawler at equal intervals; the sliding plugs are made of a magnetic material, the like poles of the sliding plugs and the permanentmagnet blocks repel; the permanent magnet blocks are opposite to the positions of the sliding plugs when running along with the crawler; the distance between the adjacent permanent magnet blocks is the same as the distance between the adjacent sliding plugs; an oil discharging channel is formed in the shell; and the plurality of oil suction cavities are all communicated with the oil discharging channel. When the robot walks, greasy dirt on the surface of the crawler can be automatically removed, the greasy dirt is prevented from forming an oil film on the surface of the crawler, chemical raw materials are prevented from splashing due to slipping when the robot walks, and the transportation safety is guaranteed.

    本发明属于机器人相关领域,尤其是涉及一种化工原料运输用防滑机器人,包括车体和安装于车体下方的履带,所述车体的下表面安装有壳体,所述壳体内等距开设有多个竖直设置的吸油腔,所述吸油腔的底面开设有与外部连通的吸油孔,多个所述吸油腔内均密封滑动连接有滑塞,所述履带内等距嵌设有多块永磁块,所述滑塞由磁性材料制成且与永磁块同极相斥,所述永磁块跟随履带运行时与滑塞的位置相对,且相邻所述永磁块与相邻滑塞之间的距离相同,所述壳体内设有排油通道,多个所述吸油腔均与排油通道连通。本发明可在机器人行走时,自动对履带表面的油污进行清除,防止油污在履带表面形成油膜,避免化工原料在机器人行走时因打滑而泼洒,保障运输安全。
