The invention discloses a train pipe quantitative pressure reduction control system and method. According to the state information of the train, the line information and the pressure flow informationof a main air pipe and a train pipe, the maximum pressure reduction amount of the line train pipe is obtained; the pressure of one control port of a pressure switching valve is controlled according toa preset pressure value obtained based on the maximum pressure reduction amount, and the pressure of the other control port is controlled by the pressure of a relay valve or the train pipe; and through pressure comparison of the two control ports of the pressure switching valve, connection or disconnection of a shutoff valve is controlled, so that the communication and disconnection between the train pipe and the relay valve are controlled; control of the pressure reduction amount of the train pipe is realized strictly based on the line condition and the train state when the heavy-load trainruns, and the control is within the maximum pressure reduction amount range; the situation that the pressure reduction amount of the train pipe exceeds the maximum pressure reduction amount allowed bythe line is avoided, the running risk of the heavy-load train is reduced, meanwhile, the braking air consumption amount is reduced, and energy is saved.

    本发明公开了一种列车管定量减压控制系统及方法,根据列车的状态信息、线路信息以及总风管和列车管的压力流量信息得出该线路列车管的最大减压量,将由最大减压量得到的预设压力值控制压力切换阀其中一个控制口的压力,其另一个控制口的压力由中继阀或列车管的压力控制,通过压力切换阀两个控制口的压力比较来控制遮断阀的沟通或关断,从而控制列车管与中继阀的沟通与关断,实现了重载列车运行时严格按照线路条件、列车状态来进行列车管减压量的控制,且控制在最大减压量范围内,避免了列车管减压量超出了线路允许的最大减压量,减少了重载列车运行风险,同时减少了制动耗风量,节约能源。
