The all-steel bearing type radial tire bead structure compriseswear-resistant rubber, mold rubber, outer side tire rubber, steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth, a tire body cord fabric, a steel wire ring, a bead filler and filling rubber, wherein the mold rubber is arranged between the wear-resistant rubber and the bead filler; the steel wire ring is arranged under the bead filler; the steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth wraps the bottom of the steel wire ring from the inner side to the outer side of the steel wire ring, and then is reversely wrapped upwards to form a steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth reverse wrapping part; the tire bodycord fabric wraps the bottom of the steel wire ring from the inner side to the outer side of the steel wire ring and then is reversely wrapped upwards to form a tire body cord fabric reverse wrappingpart; and the bead filler wraps the steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth reverse wrapping part and the tire body cord fabric reverse wrapping part. According to the invention, the problems of excessive heat generation, easy cracking, easy disengaging and the like of the tire bead part under the condition of heavy load can be solved, adverse diseases such as laddering explosion and the like canbe reduced, and the bearing capacity, the service life and the safety performance of the tire are improved.

    本发明属于轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种全钢承载型子午线轮胎胎圈结构。本发明的全钢子午线轮胎承载型胎圈结构包括耐磨胶、型胶、外侧胎胶、钢丝子口包布、胎体帘布层、钢丝圈、三角胶与填充胶,所述耐磨胶与三角胶之间设有型胶,三角胶的下方设有钢丝圈,所述钢丝子口包布从钢丝圈内侧向外绕过钢丝圈底部再向上反包形成钢丝子口包布反包部分,所述胎体帘布层从钢丝圈内侧向外绕过钢丝圈底部再向上反包形成胎体帘布层反包部分,所述三角胶包裹住所述钢丝子口包布反包部分和胎体帘布层反包部分。本发明能够解决胎圈部位重载情况下易生热过大、易裂口、易脱空等问题,同时能够减少抽丝爆等不良病象,提高轮胎的承载能力、使用寿命及安全性能。
