According to the invention, the additionally arranged tire bead isolation rubber piece can enable the stress transition between the steel wire ringand the tire cord fabric to be more gentle, so that the heat generation is reduced; and meanwhile, the gap between the steel wire ring and the tire cord fabric is filled, so that bubble defects in production and manufacturing are reduced.
