The tire surface suede effect structural plate is processed by laser on two sides, and pattern processability is ensured; the pattern groove is cut into size grooves through laser, so that compared with an existing tire trademark pattern processing pattern, the pattern is deeper and finer, and through the 70-degree inclined regular trapezoid shape pattern grooves, the patterns are more uniform; and the visual effect of light absorption and refraction is the same as that of a suede, the texture is extremely good, and the quality of the tire is greatly improved.
