The invention provides a tire tread Y-shaped texture suede structure which comprises a tire tread, the tire tread is provided with a Y-shaped texture suede structure, the Y-shaped texture suede structure is formed by arraying N Y-shaped bodies in the same structure in an array mode, wherein the structures of three edges of each Y-shaped body are the same, the included angle between any two edges is 120 degrees, and the edges of each Y-shaped body are composed of two trapezoids in the same structure; the trapezoid bodies are isosceles trapezoid bodies; and triangular body embedded blocks are integrally formed in gaps between the edges of every three adjacent Y-shaped bodies. The Y-shaped texture suede structure is processed through laser, the color of a pattern area on the tread is increased due to light absorption, and the suede effect is shown when the tire looks close, so that the quality and attractiveness of the tire are improved; and the Y-shaped texture suede structure is formedby arranging N Y-shaped bodies in the same structure in an array mode, so that one side structure of the Y-shaped texture suede structure formed by splicing the multiple Y-shaped bodies is completelyopened and communicated, gaps among the multiple Y-shaped bodies are also communicated, and the phenomenon of suffocation and glue shortage is not likely to happen during vulcanization.

    本发明提供一种轮胎胎面Y型纹绒面结构,包括轮胎胎面,轮胎胎面设有Y型纹绒面结构,Y型纹绒面结构由N个结构相同的Y型体呈阵列状排列而成,Y型体的三条边结构相同,且任意两条边之间的夹角均为120°,Y型体的边由两个结构相同的梯形体组成,梯形体为等腰梯形体,相邻的三个Y型体的边之间的空隙一体成型有三角体嵌块。Y型纹绒面结构通过激光加工,因吸光的原因在胎面上图案区域颜色加重,近看呈现绒的效果,提高轮胎质感和美观度,Y型纹绒面结构通过N个结构相同的Y型体呈阵列转排列而成,使得多个Y型体拼接而成的Y型纹绒面结构的一侧结构完全开放贯通,多个Y型体之间空隙也进行连通,使得在硫化时,不易出现憋气缺胶的现象。
