The invention discloses a tray self-balancing system and method for AGV equipment. The system further comprises a tray self-balancing device and a processing subsystem running on a controller, whereinthe tray self-balancing device is used for fixing and movably adjusting the level of the tray, the tray self-balancing device comprises a sensing assembly, a transmission assembly and a support assembly, and the processing subsystem comprises an input and output module, a calculation module and a control module. By utilizing the system and the method, when the AGV equipment walks on a slope or anuneven road surface, the tiny change of the position deviation of the tray can be sensed in real time through the sensing assembly fixed on the tray, and a motor is notified to adjust the position and the angle of the support assembly in time through the controller, so that a carrying tray is balanced again. The whole process is automatically completed, the carrying risk of the AGV equipment on an uneven road surface or a slope road surface is reduced, and carrying is more stable.

    本发明公开一种用于AGV设备的托盘自平衡系统及方法,所述系统还包括托盘自平衡装置和运行于所述控制器的处理子系统;所述托盘自平衡装置用于固定并活动调节所述托盘的水平,所述托盘自平衡装置包括传感组件、传动组件、支架组件,所述处理子系统包括输入输出模块、计算模块和控制模块。利用本发明所公开的系统和方法,AGV设备行走在斜坡或不平整路面时,可通过固定在托盘上的传感组件,可以实时感知托盘的位置偏移的微小变化,并及时通过控制器通知电机调整支架组件的位置和角度,从而使得载物托盘重新获得平衡。整个过程自动完成,降低AGV设备在不平整路面或者斜坡路面的搬运风险,使得搬运更加平稳。
