The invention discloses a high-precision installation method for a marine main engine. The high-precision installation method comprises the steps that S1, shafting centering is conducted; S2, the output end of a main engine and the center line of the shafting are centered and positioned, and the main engine and a first main engine foundation bolt and nut assembly are pre-positioned above a mounting base through a positioning sleeve; S3, measuring blocks are mounted on the mounting base and located on the left side and the right side of the bow and the tail of the main engine, and the distancebetween the measuring blocks and the main engine base serves as a reference value; S4, the output end of the main engine is connected with the shafting and inspected; S5, a micrometer is adopted to measure the distance between the measuring block and the main engine base to serve as a measured value to be compared with the reference value, an epoxy resin cushion block is poured between the main engine and the mounting base, and a supporting bush and a second main engine foundation bolt and nut assembly are installed and tightly pumped after solidification; and S6, the installation of the shafting is completed. The measuring block is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, and the problem that displacement deviation is generated in the left-right direction in the installation process of the shafting and the output end of the main engine can be found in time.
本发明公开了一种船舶主机高精度安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1、轴系对中;S2、主机的输出端与轴系中心线对中及定位,主机通过定位套与第一主机底脚螺栓螺母组件预定位在安装基座的上方;S3、在安装基座上安装测量块,测量块位于主机艏尾的左右两侧,测量块与主机机座之间的距离作为基准值;S4、主机的输出端与轴系连接并进行检验;S5、采用千分尺量取测量块与主机机座之间的距离作为测量值与基准值进行比较,在主机与安装基座之间浇筑环氧树脂垫块,固化后,安装支撑衬套与第二主机底脚螺栓螺母组件并泵紧;S6、完成轴系的安装。本发明所涉及的测量块结构简单、制作成本低,能够及时发现轴系与主机输出端在安装过程中左右方向产生位移偏差的问题。
