The invention relates to a variable-frequency control vehicle braking device. The device comprises a temperature acquisition assembly, a brake resistor, a brake resistor fan and a fan control box which is connected with a resistor disc and the brake resistor fan respectively, wherein a rotating speed control assembly is arranged in the fan control box; the rotating speed control assembly comprisesa microcomputer and a frequency converter which are connected with each other; the microcomputer is connected with the temperature acquisition assembly; the frequency converter is connected with thebrake resistor fan; the temperature acquisition assembly is installed at the resistor disc at an air outlet of the brake resistor; the brake resistor fan is right opposite to the brake resistor; and the microcomputer is used for controlling the frequency converter to drive the brake resistor fan to operate. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages of improving the electric energyutilization rate, reducing fan noise and the like.

    本发明涉及一种变频控制的车辆制动装置,包括温度采集组件、制动电阻、制动电阻风机以及分别与电阻片和制动电阻风机连接的风机控制箱,所述的风机控制箱内设置转速控制组件,所述的转速控制组件包括相互连接的微计算机和变频器,所述的微计算机与温度采集组件连接,所述的变频器与制动电阻风机连接,所述的温度采集组件安装于制动电阻出风口电阻片处,所述的制动电阻风机正对制动电阻,所述的微计算机用于控制变频器驱制动电阻风机运转,与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高电能利用率和降低风机噪声等优点。
