The invention discloses a top arranged type evaporator adopting a novel flow collecting pipe structure. The evaporator comprises an inlet and outlet flow collecting pipe assembly, a bottom flow collecting pipe assembly and a flat pipe assembly. The inlet and outlet flow collecting pipe assembly comprises two inlet and outlet pipe cavities which are mutually attached and isolated. Pads and inlet and outlet blocking caps are arranged at the ends of the two inlet and outlet pipe cavities, and blocking caps are arranged at the other ends of the two inlet and outlet pipe cavities. The bottom flow collecting pipe assembly comprises two bottom pipe cavities which are mutually attached and communicate. Blocking caps are arranged at the two ends of the two bottom pipe cavities correspondingly. Theinlet and outlet pipe cavities and the bottom pipe cavities are each formed by folding and splicing aluminum alloy composite plates used for brazing of single-face cladding welding flux layers. Spliced seams are formed on pipe walls of the sides of the inlet and outlet pipe cavities and the bottom pipe cavities. The pads, the inlet and outlet blocking caps and the blocking caps are each formed byaluminum alloy composite plates used for brazing of double-face cladding welding flux layers. The top arranged type evaporator solves the problems that an existing product is high in evaporator flow resistance, the manufacturing technology is complex, the refrigerant flow equalizing property is poor, air is mingled in the brazing weld seams, and the mould investment cost is high.

    本发明公开了一种采用新型集流管结构的顶置式蒸发器,包括进出口集流管组件、底部集流管组件和扁管组件,进出口集流管组件包括两个相互贴合并且彼此隔绝的进出口管腔,两个进出口管腔的一端设置衬垫和进出口堵帽,另一端设置堵帽,底部集流管组件包括两个相互贴合彼此联通的底部管腔,两个底部管腔的两端均设有堵帽,进出口管腔和底部管腔均由单面包覆焊料层的钎焊用铝合金复合板折叠拼合而成,并在进出口管腔和底部管腔的一侧管壁形成拼合缝,衬垫、进出口堵帽和堵帽均由双面包覆焊料层的钎焊用铝合金复合板冲压而成。该顶置式蒸发器克服了现有产品存在的蒸发器流阻高、制作工艺复杂、制冷剂均流性差、钎焊焊缝空气夹杂和模具投入成本高的问题。
