The method comprises the steps of detecting whether a wheellock working condition exists or not,when the wheel lock working condition is not detected, controlling the vehicle to conduct energy recovery operation corresponding to real-time vehicle deceleration,when the wheel lock working condition is detected, judging whether the real-time vehicle deceleration is larger than a preset deceleration threshold value or not, and when the real-time vehicle deceleration is larger than or equal to the deceleration threshold value, controlling the vehicle to conduct energy recovery operation corresponding to the deceleration threshold value. Therefore, energyrecovery degradation is achieved, meanwhile, the wheel lock probability is reduced, and balance between vehicle anti-lock operation and energy recovery operation is achieved.
