The invention discloses an appliance for generating artificial gravity in an aerospace cabin. The device comprises a supporting shaft and a hanger for carrying people; the supporting shaft is directlyor movably connected with the aerospace bulkhead through a supporting part; the hanger is connected or movably connected with the supporting shaft; a person is allowed to take the hanger to do circular motion around the supporting shaft; the supporting shaft or the supporting part or the bulkhead near the hanger is connected with one or more passenger force application devices including a crankshaft or a crank or a wheel disc or a wheel handle or a handle or a guardrail or a handrail; a passenger applies force through the force application devices to be the supporting shaft or the supportingpart or the bulkhead, the passenger makes the passenger and the hanger do circular motion by means of the generated reacting force, and artificial gravity and exercise can be obtained.
