The invention provides a cabin pipeline assembling method for an aerospace vehicle. According to the cabin pipeline assembling method, at least two positioning marks are formed on a standard sample pipe through a three-dimensional model, the position of a cabin section support is determined through the marks of the standard sample pipe, and after the cabin section support is accurately arranged onthe inner wall of a cabin section, the standard sample pipe is assembled again to correct the spatial position of the cabin section support; it is guaranteed that a real pipeline can fully adapt to the position of the cabin section support and is accurately matched with the cabin section support so as to greatly shorten the pipeline production and assembly period. The cabin pipeline assembling method for the aerospace vehicle further has the advantages that the assembling process is easy to implement, the efficiency is high, the cabin section pipelines can be produced in batches, and the consistency of the cabin section pipelines can be guaranteed, so that the consistency of pipeline configuration of each aerospace vehicle of the same specification can be guaranteed; and the influence ofthe difference of cabin pipelines on the launching of the aerospace vehicle is avoided.

    本发明提供一种航天运载器用舱段管路装配方法。该舱段管路装配方法利用三维模型在标准样管上形成至少两个定位标记,通过标准样管的标记确定舱段支架的位置,使舱段支架准确设置于舱段内壁后,再次装配标准样管对舱段支架的空间位置进行校正,保证真实管路可以充分适应舱段支架的位置,与舱段支架准确匹配,以大幅度缩减管路生产及装配周期。该航天运载器用舱段管路装配方法还具有装配流程易实施、效率高、舱段管路可批量化生产且可以保证舱段管路的一致性等优点,进而可以保证每发同规格航天运载器的管路配置一致性,避免舱段管路的差异对航天运载器的发射造成影响。
