The invention discloses a passenger car multi-hole transverse tunnel aluminum alloy cavity beam structure frame, which comprises two longitudinal beams arranged in parallel and is characterized in that each longitudinal beam is of a multi-cavity aluminum profile structure, transverse tunnel cavities, shear walls and transverse arms are transversely arranged between the two longitudinal beams, andthe two ends of the transverse tunnel cavity, the shear wall and the transverse arm penetrate through web cavities of the two longitudinal beams respectively, are connected with the web cavities of the two longitudinal beams in a mortise and tenon joint mode and then are fixed through connecting pieces. A plurality of transverse tunnel cavities, a plurality of shear walls, a plurality of cross arms and longitudinal beams form a box-type transverse tunnel aluminum alloy cavity beam frame topological structure; the stress stability of the frame is good, the torsional rigidity can reach the torsional rigidity of steel frames of the same level, in addition, the transverse tunnel cavity can be used for containing a battery pack, and the space utilization rate of the frame is effectively increased.

    本发明公开一种客车多孔横向隧道铝合金腔梁结构车架,包括两根平行设置的纵梁,其特征在于:所述纵梁为多腔铝型材结构,两根所述纵梁之间横向设置有横向隧道腔、剪力墙、横臂,所述横向隧道腔、剪力墙、横臂的两端分别贯穿两根所述纵梁腹部型腔并与之榫卯连接,再通过连接件固定。本发明通过若干个横向隧道腔、若干剪力墙、若干横臂与纵梁构成一个箱式的横向隧道铝合金腔梁车架拓扑结构,车架的受力稳定性好,扭转刚度可达到同级别钢车架的扭转刚度,此外横向隧道腔可用于收纳电池包,有效地提高车架空间利用率。
