A combined longitudinal beam of an aluminum alloy frame is composed of a front longitudinal beam, a rear longitudinal beam and connecting insertion plates, the front longitudinal beam and the rear longitudinal beam are staggered and offset in the transverse direction and form an overlapping combination area in the longitudinal direction, the two side edges of the upper connecting insertion plate and the lower connecting insertion plate are inserted into connecting grooves in the side faces of the front longitudinal beam and the rear longitudinal beam in the overlapping area respectively and are welded and fixed, and the combined longitudinal beam is formed. The two longitudinal beam combination structures are adopted for connection, after the two longitudinal beam combination structures are further combined with a battery compartment on the frame, the overall structural rigidity is high, manufacturing is easy, and the offset distance between the front longitudinal beam and the rear longitudinal beam can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different chassis plate spring positions.
