The invention relates to the field of vehicle rails, specifically to vehicle track flexibility detection equipment. The equipment comprises a worktable; a detection box is mounted at the top of the worktable through bolts; a hydraulic telescopic rod I, a hydraulic telescopic rod II and a hydraulic telescopic rod III are mounted at the top of the detection box through bolts; the output ends of thefirst hydraulic telescopic rod, the second hydraulic telescopic rod and the third hydraulic telescopic rod are in threaded connection with extrusion blocks; a refrigeration bin, a normal-temperature bin and a heating bin are arranged in the detection box; and the output ends of the first hydraulic telescopic rod, the second hydraulic telescopic rod and the third hydraulic telescopic rod are located in the refrigeration bin, the normal-temperature bin and the heating bin respectively. The equipment has the beneficial effects that the influence of low-temperature, normal-temperature and high-temperature environments on the flexibility of the vehicle track can be simulated; and meanwhile, the three bins are arranged, so that the working efficiency of detection can be improved, the distance between the two moving blocks can be conveniently adjusted, vehicle tracks with different lengths can be placed in the placement groove, and the vehicle tracks with different lengths can be detected.

    本发明涉及车辆轨道领域,具体是一种车辆轨道柔性检测设备,包括工作台,工作台的顶部通过螺栓安装有检测箱,检测箱的顶部均通过螺栓安装有液压伸缩杆一、液压伸缩杆二和液压伸缩杆三,液压伸缩杆一、液压伸缩杆二和液压伸缩杆三的输出端均螺纹连接有挤压块,检测箱的内部设置有制冷仓、常温仓和加热仓,且液压伸缩杆一、液压伸缩杆二和液压伸缩杆三的输出端分别位于制冷仓、常温仓和加热仓内部。本发明的有益效果能够模拟低温、常温和高温环境对车辆轨道柔性的影响,同时设置三个仓能够提高检测的工作效率,便于调节两个移动块之间的间距,从而能够在放置槽内放置不同长度的车辆轨道,满足检测不同长度的车辆轨道。
