The non-inflatable wheel comprises an inner rotor, a crank rotor mechanism, a stator permanent magnetset, an outer rotor yoke iron ring, yoke iron blocks, a motor mechanism and a tread component. M permanent magnets are arranged on the circumferential outer surface of the inner rotor; the crank rotormechanism comprises a center block, and n supporting rods are arranged in the circumferential direction of the center block, wherein each supporting rod comprises a first connecting rod, a spring anda second connecting rod; one end of each stator permanent magnet set can be attracted to the outer rotor yoke ring, and the other end of each stator permanent magnet set can be attracted to a supporting rod of the crank-link mechanism. The number of the yoke blocks is n, and the outer surface of each yoke block can attract the stator permanent magnet set. A spring piece group is arranged on the outer side periphery of the outer rotor yoke iron ring; the inner wall of the tread component is connected with the spring piece group; and the motor mechanism comprises a dual-mode motor and an electronic assembly. The wheel speed can be collected, tire deformation energy is recycled, adverse effects caused by the high speed of the wheel are avoided, and the safety performance is good.
