The invention discloses an active electric-control anti-roll system of a shock absorber. The active electric-control anti-roll system comprises a damping device, the damping device comprises a shock absorber body and a damping rod, the shock absorber body is provided with a shock absorber upper connector and a shock absorber lower connector, a shock absorber lower chamber is formed between the shock absorber upper connector and the shock absorber lower connector, the damping rod is located in the shock absorber lower chamber, the upper end of the damping rod is provided with a damper piston slidably connected with the inner wall of the shock absorber lower chamber, and a solenoid valve assembly is arranged on the side face of the shock absorber. According to the active electric-control anti-roll system, the damping of the shock absorber is actively controlled by additionally arranging a solenoid valve on the basis of a traditional shock absorber, and a control signal can be controlledwith an ECU of a vehicle and can also be separately connected with a special sensor to achieve a special control effect; an electric-control system can achieve fast and stable refined damping control,and has positive influences on both the handling stability and riding comfort of the vehicle; and in addition, through addition of the electric-control system, the mechanical structure of the shock absorber is greatly simplified, and the production cost is lowered.

    本发明公开了一种减震器的主动式电控防侧倾系统,包括阻尼装置,阻尼装置包括减震器主体和阻尼杆,所述减震器主体具有减震器上连接和减震器下连接,减震器上连接和减震器下连接之间具有减震器下腔室,阻尼杆位于减震器下腔室内,阻尼杆上端具有与减震器下腔室内壁滑动连接的阻尼器活塞,在减震器侧面设有电磁阀总成;本系统通过在传统减震器基础上附加电磁阀门,实现了对于减震器阻尼的主动控制,其控制信号可以与车辆的ECU控制亦可以单独连接特殊传感器达到特殊的控制效果;电控系统可以实现快速稳定精细化的阻尼控制,对于车辆的操纵稳定性和平顺性均有积极的影响;另外电控系统的加入大大简化了减震器的机械结构,降低了生产成本。
