The invention relates to an elevator anti-rolling device, a manufacturing method and an anti-rolling method. The elevator anti-rolling device comprises a steel structure elevator hoistway in which a car is slidingly installed, and also comprises a device for preventing the accidental movement and installed on the top or at the bottom of the elevator car; the device for preventing the accidental movement and installed on the top or at the bottom of the elevator car comprises a bracket composition; a first driving component is mounted at one end of the bracket composition; and a second driving component is mounted at the other end of the bracket composition. The elevator anti-rolling device, the manufacturing method and the anti-rolling method have the following beneficial effects: an electronic control unit A controls a first electric push rod and a second electric push rod to start extending when the main electronic control unit judges that the speed of the car is zero; and rectangularsteel A and rectangular steel B are respectively supported by low wing plates of a side wall fixing beam A and a side wall fixing beam B of the steel structure elevator hoistway to realize mechanicalprotection measures, thereby effectively eliminating potential safety hazards caused by the accidental movement of the elevator car when passengers enter and exit from an elevator.

    本发明涉及一种电梯防溜车装置及制造方法及防溜车方法,包括钢结构电梯井道,钢结构电梯井道内滑动安装有轿厢,还包括安装在轿厢顶部或底部的防止电梯轿厢意外移动的装置,所述防止电梯轿厢意外移动的装置包括支架组成,所述支架组成的一端安装有第一驱动部件,所述支架组成的另一端安装有第二驱动部件。本发明具有以下有益效果:所述电子控制单元A通过主电子控制单元判断所述轿厢速度为零时控制所述第一电动推杆、第二电动推杆开始伸长,矩形钢A和矩形钢B分别支撑在钢结构电梯井道的侧壁固定横梁A和侧壁固定横梁B的下翼板上,实现机械式保护措施。因此,本发明可有效杜绝乘客进出入电梯时电梯轿厢意外移动带来的安全隐患。
