When the method is executed, a photoelectric sensing device needs to be arranged at the tangent position of a rotating part of the elevator and a steel wire rope; comprising the following steps: detecting whether a shielding object signal exists at the tangent position of the rotating component and the steel wire rope or not in real time through the photoelectric sensing device; when the photoelectric sensing device receives the shielding object signal, the current running speed of the elevator is detected; when the current running speed is not larger than a preset speed threshold value, the elevator is controlled to be braked emergently; and a first fault instruction is generated, the elevator is controlled to enter a fault mode, and in the fault mode, the elevator cannot be normally started and run. The situation that in the operation and maintenance process, human bodies are involved or foreign matter enters the rotating component to affect the personal safety of operation and maintenance personnel can be avoided, and the elevator operation and maintenance safety and stability are improved.
本发明公开了一种电梯防卷入控制方法、系统、电梯及存储介质,其方法执行时需要在电梯的旋转部件与钢丝绳的相切处设置光电感应装置,包括步骤:实时通过所述光电感应装置检测所述旋转部件与所述钢丝绳的相切处是否存在遮挡物信号;在所述光电感应装置接收到所述遮挡物信号时,检测所述电梯的当前运行速度;在所述当前运行速度不大于预设的速度阈值时,控制所述电梯紧急制动;生成第一故障指令,并控制所述电梯进入故障模式,所述故障模式下所述电梯无法正常启动运行。本发明可以避免在运维过程中出现人体卷入或异物进入旋转部件影响运维人员人身安全,提高电梯运维安全性及稳定性。
