The invention discloses a propeller capable of improving propeller pitch adjusting precision. The propeller comprises a propeller hub and propeller blades, wherein the propeller hub is formed by buckling an upper half hub and a lower plate hub together; after assembly, a plurality of arc-shaped grooves are uniformly formed in the propeller hub around the circumference of the propeller hub along the radial direction of the propeller hub; each arc-shaped groove is internally provided with one blade; a connecting part of each blade and the propeller hub is a propeller root, the upper arc surfaceand the lower arc surface of the propeller root are tightly attached to the upper arc surface and the lower arc surface of the corresponding arc-shaped groove respectively, and gaps are reserved between the left and right arc surfaces of the propeller root and the left and right arc surfaces of the arc-shaped groove respectively; a plurality of grooves are formed in the upper arc face and the lower arc face of the arc-shaped grooves of the propeller hub; a plurality of protrusions are arranged on the upper arc faces and the lower arc faces of the propeller roots; and the protrusions are connected with the grooves in a matched and clamped mode to limit left-right movement of the propeller roots. According to the invention, fixation and rotation adjustment of the blades are facilitated, therotation resolution of the blades is improved, and the adjustment precision of propeller pitch is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可提高桨距调节精度的螺旋桨,包括桨毂和桨叶,所述桨毂由上半毂和下板毂扣在一起组装而成,组装后在桨毂上绕着桨毂圆周沿着桨毂径向均匀形成多个圆弧形槽,每个圆弧形槽内安装有一片桨叶,桨叶与桨毂的连接部分为桨根,桨根的上弧面和下弧面分别与圆弧形槽的上弧面和下弧面紧密贴合,桨根的左弧面和右弧面分别与弧形槽的左弧面和右弧面之间留有空隙;在桨毂的圆弧形槽的上弧面和下弧面上均设置有多道凹槽,在桨根的上弧面和下弧面上均设置多道凸起,凸起与凹槽配合卡接,限制桨根的左右移动。本发明便于桨叶的固定及旋转调节,提高了桨叶的旋转分辨率,提高了桨距的调节精度。
