The invention provides a real-time monitoring control method and system for airplane skin laser layered paint removing and relates to the field of airplane maintaining and spectrum analyzing, in particular to a method for conducting real-time monitoring and feedback on the airplane skin laser paint removing process. A laser device and an optical fiber probe controlled by a computer and a spectrometer are used for forming a real-time spectrogram picture on the computer; then one already determined component feature element, preset in the computer, of paint of each layer of an air plane skin andthe peak strength change of the component feature element of a skin base body in the spectrogram picture are monitored; and finally the computer is used for feeding back the result of paint removingof each layer, and the paint removing work of laser equipment is controlled in real time. By means of the real-time monitoring control method and system for airplane skin laser layered paint removing,real-time monitoring and feedback of laser layered paint removing process and effect controllability of multiple layers of paint are achieved, closed-loop management of the layered paint removing process is achieved, precision is high, the paint removing effect is good, data calculation such as curve fitting does not need to be conducted, and the pain removing process can be judge by directly observing the changes of the feature element spectrogram picture.

    本发明提供一种飞机蒙皮激光分层除漆的实时监测控制方法及系统,涉及飞机维修及光谱分析领域,尤其涉及一种对飞机蒙皮激光除漆过程进行实时监测与反馈的方法,本发明利用由计算机控制的激光设备、光纤探头,以及光谱仪在计算机上形成实时光谱图;然后监控预设在计算机中已经确定的飞机蒙皮每层油漆的一个成分特征元素和蒙皮基体的成分特征元素在光谱图中峰值强度变化,最后由计算机反馈每层油漆除净的结果,并实时控制激光设备的除漆作业。本发明方法实现了对多层油漆激光分层除漆过程与效果可控性的实时监测与反馈,闭环管理分层除漆过程,精度高,除漆效果好,不需要进行曲线拟合等数据的计算,直接观察特征元素光谱图的变化即可判断除漆过程。
