In this pick-up system, when a customer 4 requests, via a portable terminal 5, a pick-up to a vehicle allocation center 1, the portable terminal 5 is configured to send to the vehicle allocation center 1 the pick-up request, location information, and facial image information of the customer 4. The vehicle allocation center 1 is configured to send a pick-up instruction, the location information, and the facial image information of the customer 4 to an automatic driving vehicle 2. The automatic driving vehicle 2 is configured to: send the pick-up instruction, the location information, and the facial image information of the customer 4 to a drone 3; automatically drive to and stop at a location at which parking is possible near the customer 4; and once stopping at such location, cause the drone 3 to start moving. The drone 3 is configured to approach the customer 4 and detect the customer 4 by performing image recognition of a facial image captured by a camera 23, and to lead the detectedcustomer 4 to the automatic driving vehicle 2.
