The invention discloses a brake. The brake is an electromagnetic brake for a traction machine. The brake comprises an iron core, an armature, a brake pad base, a brake pad, adjusting guide bolts and installing bolts. The brake pad and the brake pad base are installed on the armature. The armature is installed on the iron core through the adjusting guide bolts. The adjusting guide bolts are parallel with the sliding axis direction of the armature. The iron core of the brake is installed on a traction machine shell through the installing bolts. The installing bolts are perpendicular to the sliding axis direction of the armature. According to the brake, axes of installing holes for the installing bolts and axes of threaded holes for the adjusting guide bolts are arranged in a perpendicular manner in space structure rather than in the idiomatic colinear manner in which the axes of the installing holes and the axes of the threaded holes are arranged, and the installing structure of the novel type brake is not limited to a former idiomatic installing structure manner any longer; and besides, by means of the arrangement manner, force bearing of the installing bolts is effectively reduced.According to the novel type brake, the installing structure is novel and compact, and individualized requirements for the brake installing structure and space by a special-structure traction machinecan be met.

    本发明公开了一种制动器,该制动器为曳引机用电磁制动器,包括铁心、衔铁、制动片座、制动片、调整导向螺栓、安装螺栓;所述制动片、制动片座安装在衔铁上,衔铁通过调整导向螺栓安装在铁心上,调整导向螺栓平行于衔铁滑动轴线方向,其铁心通过安装螺栓安装在曳引机壳体上,安装螺栓垂直于衔铁滑动轴线方向。本发明的安装螺栓用安装孔的轴线与调整导向螺栓用螺纹孔的轴线在空间结构上呈垂直方式布置,而非惯用的两者轴线呈共线方式布置,使得新型制动器的安装结构不再局限于以往惯用的安装结构方式,且此种布置方式有效地降低了安装螺栓的受力。本发明的新型制动器安装结构新颖紧凑,可满足特殊结构曳引机对制动器安装结构和空间的个性化需求。
