The invention discloses an emergency brake package installing position and brake stay wire control system. The control system comprises brake packages installed on shaft rods or half shafts on the inner sides of all sets of wheels of an automobile. A brake stay wire comprises a left main stay wire and a right main stay wire. The left main stay wire is connected with a left rear wheel brake package pull rotating rod stay wire of a left rear wheel brake package and a left rear wheel brake package caliper ring cover front stay wire, then a left rear wheel brake package caliper ring cover rear stay wire is led out from a caliper ring cover conical tip tail shaft of the left rear wheel brake package to the back and passes a plurality of left side guiding wheels to be divided into two branched wires, one branched wire is connected with a pull rotating rod of a left front wheel brake package, and the other branched wire is connected with a caliper ring cover stay wire of the left front wheel brake package. The emergency brake package installing position and brake stay wire control system is characterized in that when the left main stay wire pulls a long main gear to rotate clockwise by the three quarters of phi, a movable guiding wheel does not move any more, then the left main stay wire pulls the left rear wheel brake package caliper ring cover front pull wire and drives the caliper ring cover stay wire and a caliper ring cover to move rightwards, and therefore a lower cleat-shaped brake block and an upper cleat-shaped brake block of the caliper ring cover to move rightwards.
