The invention discloses novel subway track laying construction equipment and technology and relate to the technical field of subway track laying construction. The novel subway track laying construction equipment comprises a tunnel inner wall, a single-beam hoisting jack and a steel rail track panel; hanging rebars are hoisted above the interior of the inner wall of the tunnel inner wall; the lowerparts of the hanging rebars are connected with reverse pliers; the single-beam hoisting jack is mounted below the reverse pliers; a tong type sling is mounted below the single-beam hoisting jack; thesteel rail track panel is hoisted below the tong type sling; and a steel rail mounting groove is formed below the interior of the tunnel inner wall. The novel subway track laying construction equipment has the following benefits: the equipment fully utilizes a top segment bolt left after tunnel shield construction to serve as a hoisting point (the hoisting point can be arranged later for the tunnels of other structural forms), two hanging rebars are hoisted at top annular points at an about 3 meters interval in the longitudinal direction, two groups of hanging rebars are adopted, and eight hanging rebars are arranged at equal intervals in each group, so that longitudinal steel rails below can be stably and uniformly hoisted.

    本发明公开了一种新型地铁铺轨施工设备及工艺,涉及地铁铺轨施工技术领域,包括隧道内壁、单梁吊装起重器和钢轨轨排,所述隧道内壁的内部上方吊装有悬吊钢筋,且悬吊钢筋的下方连接有反向钳,所述单梁吊装起重器安装于反向钳的下方,且单梁吊装起重器的下方安装有钳式吊具,所述钢轨轨排吊装于钳式吊具的下方,所述隧道内壁的内部下方设置有钢轨安装槽。本发明的有益效果是:该装置充分利用隧道盾构施工完成后留下的顶部管片螺栓作为吊点(其他结构形成的隧道可以后设吊点),采用纵向约三米间距,顶部环向点吊装两根悬吊钢筋,两组悬吊钢筋且每组等距设置有八根,便于对下方的纵向钢轨进行稳定且均匀的吊装。
