The invention relates to the technical field of tires. The invention provides an all-steel load-carrying radial tire. The all-steel load-carrying radial tire comprises a tire body; the tire body comprises a lining layer, a tire body layer, a belt ply, a protective layer and a tread layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. The radial tire is characterized in that a protruding tire bead fixing part is arranged at the joint of a tire shoulder and a tire side plate of the tire tread layer, so that the problems of tire bead cracking and wire drawing explosion caused by overlarge tensile strain of a tire body steel wire due to rapid turning of an existing radial tire for a load-carrying vehicle under the condition of heavy load are solved.
