The energy-saving and low-carbon all-steel load-carrying radial tire comprises crown rubber, shoulder pad rubber and side wall rubber; wherein the crown rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of Thailand No. 20 standard rubber, 15 parts of 1502 butadiene styrene rubber, 33 parts of carbon black, 25 parts of white carbon black, 6 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1.7 parts of sulphur powder, 0.3 part of an accelerator DPG, 1 part of microcrystalline wax, 1 part of an antiager RD, 2 parts of an antiager 4020 and 3.5 parts of zinc oxide. According to the invention, a low-carbon, environment-friendly and energy-saving rubber compound recipe is utilized, novel raw materials are selected, an optimized banburyed preparation method and a technological means are adopted. The prepared tire is low in rolling resistance, so that fuels are saved, and the tire is environment-friendly and safe; and manufacturing cost is low, economic benefit and social benefit are good, and development of energy-saving, low-carbon and environment-friendly load-carrying radial tires in China is promoted.
