The invention discloses a light-weight integral automobile wheel and a production method thereof, and relates to the technical field of automobile wheels. The wheel comprises a rim, a spoke and an inflating valve. A first wheel flange is arranged on an edge of the rim, and the rim extends from the edge to the other end surface to form a long shoulder bead seat, a first reinforcing convex peak, a wheel groove bottom, a second reinforcing convex peak, a short shoulder bead seat and a connecting part in sequence. According to the production method of the light-weight integral automobile wheel, the spoke and the rim are connected in an integral welding-seam-free mode, which means spin forming, an original processing and manufacturing mode that the spoke and the rim are welded together by welding equipment after being manufactured separately is eliminated; therefore, the strength of the wheel can be better improved, problems of weld joint cracking, air leakage, partial welding and the likeeasily caused by an automobile stress in a high-speed driving process are avoided, and safety of a driver is improved; and meanwhile, manufacturing procedures are reduced, the problems of tedious manufacturing processes, high material consumption and the like in the prior art are solved, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明公开了一种轻量化整体式汽车车轮及其制备方法,涉及汽车车轮技术领域。包括轮辋、轮辐及气门嘴,轮辋的边沿设有第一轮缘,轮辋自边沿向另一端面延伸依次形成长肩胎圈座、第一加强凸峰、车轮槽底、第二加强凸峰、短肩胎圈座及连接部位。该轻量化整体式汽车车轮的制备方法,轮辐和轮辋采用整体式无焊接焊缝式连接方式,即旋压成型,去除了原有的轮辐和轮辋单个制作完成后再用焊接设备焊接在一起的加工制作方式,这样可以更好的增加车轮强度,避免在高速行驶过程中汽车受力容易出现焊缝开裂、漏气、偏焊等问题,提高驾驶员的安全性,同时也降低了制作工序,改变了原有的工艺制作繁琐,材料消耗多等问题,节能又环保。
