The invention discloses a convenient-to-maintain photovoltaic module cleaning robot. The robot comprises a framework, a cleaning assembly and at least two walk mechanisms, wherein brush mounting basesare arranged at the left side and the right side of the framework respectively, and the brush mounting bases are arranged at the front side or the rear side of the framework; the cleaning assembly comprises a brush roller, the left end and the right end of the brush roller are rotationally connected with the two brush mounting bases arranged at the left side and the right side of the framework respectively, and a cleaning motor is fixedly connected to the framework; and at least one walk mechanism is arranged at the left side of the framework, at least one walk mechanism is arranged at the right side of the framework, each walk mechanism comprises a vertical plate fixedly connected with the framework, a walk wheel is rotationally connected to each vertical plate, and a driving motor is fixedly connected to each vertical plate. According to the robot, the brush mounting bases are arranged at the outer side of the framework, and the brush roller is mounted on the brush mounting bases, so that the brush roller is mounted at the outer side of the framework; and compared with the prior art that a cleaning brush is mounted inside a robot, the brush roller can be conveniently maintainedat the outer side of the framework through the technology.

    本发明公开了一种方便维护的光伏组件清洁机器人,包括:框架,其左侧和右侧均设有毛刷安装座,毛刷安装座设于框架的前侧或后侧;清洁组件,包括毛刷辊,毛刷辊的左端和右端分别与设于框架的左侧和右侧的两个毛刷安装座转动连接,框架上固定连接有清洁电机;至少两个行走机构,框架的左侧和右侧分别至少设有一个行走机构,行走机构包括与框架固定连接的竖板,竖板上转动连接有行走轮,竖板上固定连接有驱动电机。在框架的外侧设置毛刷安装座,毛刷辊安装在毛刷安装座上,使毛刷辊安装在框架的外侧,与现有的清洁毛刷安装在机器人的内部相比,本技术可方便地在框架的外侧维护毛刷辊。
