The invention discloses a high-speed railway overhead line system equipment health evaluation method. The method comprises the steps of establishing an overhead line system health evaluation index item set; collecting operation data of the overhead line system, and constructing feature engineering; constructing a training set and a test set by taking the quality evaluation as a label and the secondary index item as a feature dimension, and obtaining a classification model through a classification-random forest algorithm; extracting the weight ratio of each index in the secondary index items inthe classification model; collecting record values of the secondary indexes of the contact network equipment as original data; performing 0-1 standardization on the original data; calculating the weight ratio of each index among the secondary index items; integrating the weight ratios to obtain a final weight ratio of each index in the secondary indexes; constructing a gray class level and a grayclustering function in gray clustering; calculating the coefficient of each gray level to which each contact network object belongs, and taking the level corresponding to the maximum coefficient as the health state of the contact network, thereby achieving the early warning of the health problem of the contact network equipment.

    本发明公开了一种高速铁路接触网设备健康评估方法,建立接触网健康评价指标项集;收集接触网运行数据,构建特征工程;以质量评价为标签,二级指标项为特征维度,构建训练集及测试集,通过分类‑随机森林算法得到分类模型;提取分类模型中的二级指标项中各项指标的权重比值;采集各接触网设备二级指标的记录值,作为原始数据;对原始数据进行0‑1标准化;计算出二级指标项之间的各项指标的权重比值;将权重比值进行综合,得到二级指标中各项指标的最终权重比值;构造灰色聚类中的灰类等级以及灰色聚类函数;计算每个接触网对象所属于每个灰色等级的系数,最大系数对应的等级作为该接触网健康状态,通过本发明,实现接触网设备健康出问题的预警。
