The invention provides a device for protecting passengers and a driver in an electric vehicle during rollover, which comprises an improved rotatable seat with a rear center of gravity. The seat and aseat bottom plate are connected in a nested manner by using a double-section metal rod, and a roller bearing is arranged between radial contact ends of the double-section metal rod to support relativerotation. Limiting pin holes are formed in the opposite corners of the lower surface of the seat, and pins are arranged on a corresponding seat bottom plate. In a normal state, the pin pops up to form constraint, and normal driving is prevented from being disturbed; when rollover occurs, the pin retracts, constraint is eliminated, the seat can rotate along with rollover, and passengers and a driver are prevented from colliding with a vehicle window and a vehicle door on one side of rollover.
本发明提供一种在电动汽车发生侧翻时保护车内乘客及驾驶员的装置,包括改良后重心偏后的可旋转座椅,座椅和座椅底板之间利用双段金属杆嵌套连接,双段金属杆径向接触端之间具有滚子轴承,支持相对旋转。座椅下表面对角处有限位销钉孔,对应的座椅底板处有销钉。在正常状态下销钉弹出,形成约束,避免干扰正常行驶;侧翻发生时销钉收回,取消约束,座椅可以随侧翻进行旋转,避免乘客及驾驶员与侧翻一侧车窗车门的撞击。
