The invention discloses a main spring angle-adjustable suspension adjustment piece structure. The structure is composed of the pair of rubber main springs, an inner pipe and an outer pipe; the pair ofmain springs are assembled into a suspension main spring in an insertion mode, the inner pipe is in interference fit with an inner ring of the suspension main spring, and the outer pipe is in interference fit with an outer ring of the suspension main spring; and the main springs are composed of outer insertion pieces, inner insertion pieces and rubber main spring bodies, wherein the inner insertion pieces are located on the inner sides of the rubber main spring bodies, the pair of main springs are in interference fit with each other through the inner insertion pieces and in interference fit with the outer pipe through the outer insertion pieces, the inner pipe is inserted into the inner insertion pieces and in interference fit with the inner insertion pieces, and the outer pipe is pressedinto various suspension outer frameworks. According to the structure, a suspension assembly vulcanized piece is scattered and disassembled into the structure assembled through the pair of main springs and the inner and outer connecting pieces so that the angle between the two main springs can be adjusted, and through adjustment of an assembly mode, the rigidity proportion is quickly adjusted, andthe piece manufacture time for NVH adjustment is greatly saved; and through disassembly of the main spring and a suspension main body, the specification of a vulcanizing mold is reduced, the manufacture is convenient, and the piece discharge time is short.

    本发明公开了一种可调主簧角度的悬置调校件结构,由一对橡胶主簧、内管以及外管组成,一对主簧通过插接方式组装成悬置主簧,内管与悬置主簧内环过盈配合,外管与悬置主簧外环过盈配合;主簧由外插接件、内插接件、橡胶主簧组成,内插接件位于橡胶主簧内侧,一对主簧通过内插接件相互过盈配合,并通过外插接件与外管过盈配合,内管插入内插接件内并过盈配合,外管压入各种悬置外骨架内。本发明把悬置总成硫化件打散,拆解成一对主簧与内外连接件组装的结构,可以实现两个主簧之间的角度调节,通过调节装配方式,快速实现刚度比例调节,大大节省了NVH调校的制件时间。主簧与悬置主体的拆分,也缩小了硫化模具的规格,制造方便,出件时间短。
